100%. Bill 20 is just the latest in a list of bills concentrating power in the Premier’s office. It is undemocratic and people are right to sound the alarm.

Non market have always built a variety of housing forms. They are also at the mercy of zoning and RCG will cut timelines for all providers of housing including non market who have the tightest budgets and cannot handle the construction cost. Increase the base for everyone!
