Why the name Lizano? Lizano salsa is a popular hot sauce found in Costa Rica. The origins of the band trace back to when lead singer Jay traveled from Costa Rica to Nicaragua and met future bandmate Sal at the Naked Tiger Hostel in San Juan del Sur.
