Back now for the Liverpool City Council full council meeting .. we’re hearing from members of the public first Sonia Bassey MBE from LCVS about the impact of the cost of living crisis on the voluntary sector & Anna Martin from the city’s cloth nappy library (which will be a debate later)

The second speaker is Anna Martin from Liverpool Cloth Nappy Library, who is speaking in support of a motion to be debated later in the meeting by Cllr Hets., calling for the council to support the introduction of a cloth nappy incentive scheme.

Item 13. Increasing the use of cloth nappies in Liverpool by Councillor Hets.. The motion asks that council resolves to work with partners to develop and introduce a cloth nappy incentive scheme for Liverpool families to use and promote.
