We’ve been writing some descriptive pieces this week based on the book ‘Wisp: a Story of Hope’. The learning stemmed from one of the excellent HertsPrimaryEnglish plans and the writing process is explained below.

A perfect start to the day as Little Green win their first 2 games of the EFL Utilita Football Kids Cup! 2-0 in Game 1 thanks to goals from Rayzi and Larry before another for Rayzi in Game 2 to give us a 1-0 win ⚽️🟢

With 1 game left of the group stage, Little Green currently sit at the top! A 0-0 draw in Game 3 followed by a heroic comeback in Game 4 from 1-0 down to win 2-1 with the last kick of the game thanks to goals from Sam and Rayzi ⚽️🟢 EFL Utilita Football

After a tense 0-0 draw against Yorke Mead Primary School the boys have found out they are group winners and through to the Semi-Final! ⚽️🟢

Unfortunately the boys lost 1-0 in the Semi-Final to a strong Holy Rood team - the eventual winners. Even after hitting the post and the crossbar, the ball just wouldn’t go in the net! We are so proud of the team and their effort ⚽️🟢

Little Green’s girls are at the Premier League Primary Stars tournament today Watford FC Women. 2 wins + 4 draws puts us in a good position heading into our final group game! 2 goals scored by captain Lydia so far ⚽️ and big performances from Ella in goal with 0 goals conceded 🧤

Little Green’s boys competed at the School Games Indoor Athletics County Final today. A 9th place finish is a great result that the boys are really proud of! 🟢🏃Three Rivers & Watford SSP
