In the last two years since joining a committee at a football club I have learnt the biggest lessons ever. As a coach... you go to training sessions, you go to matches, you go the odd managers meeting and if your not using council pitches you mark out a pitch. That alone is hard

Coaches do a fantastic job, but they couldn't do it without those who do great work behind the scenes. Chairmen/women, club secretary's, fixture secretary's, treasurers, ground keepers, welfare officers, etc. They all do an amazing job and make everything possible🙌🙌🙌

Early KO this morning and what a game it turned out to be. Both GK’s were amazing and two teams that just wouldn’t give up. Literally blood, sweat and tears (everyone is ok BTW) Well done lads 💛💙

Goals have been flying in of late but ❤️ the fact that 90% of them are coming from things worked on in training & warm up. It’s not all about inverted wingers. Balls out to the wing, crossed in low into the box and strikers finishing first time 💛💙
