walklismore.co.uk/point-ferry-po… A lovely walk from Point ferry to the Triangulation Point on Creagan Breac and back via Balimackillichan. There are now 2 triangulation points, the other on the Barr Mor. I'm told there were 3. Anyone know what happened to the 3rd?

Dig 2022 Day 5 The most remarkable day so far. 2 almost intact crucibles found dating back to the 7th/8th Century. Evidence accumulating that this is a major Early Church Monastic site.

Big Dig: day 6 The finds keep coming, pieces of clay mould used by metal workers. Evidence not only of metal working, but some fine carving of wood and bone. And a beautiful flint arrowhead from prehistory. lismoregaelicheritagecentre.org
