After 34 very special years Loughborough University LboroSSEHS, I'm excited to announce a new life chapter working with a very ambitious group of staff NTU Department of Sport Science. As May approaches, 'support' from both universities has been fantastic - so vital in the transitions we experience

Virgil van Dijk possibly the best centre back in world football speaking about using a sport psych and also the need for players to understand well-being. A true role model for young and old athletes 👏

I went off Twitter for months so only just noticing now that tweets say ‘from Earth’. How do I turn this location off as I’d like to keep the name of the planet I reside on shrouded in mystery

Costs nothing but raises awareness 👏🏻 Looking at the ‘team behind the team’ in traditionally male dominated ‘macho’ environments (that do still exist), male allyship at key-stakeholder level can be crucial for female practitioners. Where absent, integration can be challenging.

Delighted to have successfully completed the required training to become a BASES approved SEPAR supervisor. Looking forward to supervising trainee practitioners on their journey. To be doing this feels like a bit of a full circle moment for me and I’m excited to get going 💫
