New research from our lab! We elucidated how Atg18 oligomers form structural scaffolds for membrane interaction. Lots of #CryoEM structures (Helical assemblies, SPA, subtomo) suggest a conserved interaction motif for Atg18-Atg2 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
