Affinity Education had a bad culture from the start and should never have been allowed to float on the ASX. Here's a tweet from 10 years ago, referencing a letter I wrote to ASIC regarding the Affinity prospectus.

Me, knowing full well Affinity hadn't modelled the ratio changes, because the whole point of Affinity coming into existence was to allow owners to offload services into a corporate structure and transfer the problem of sorting it out to someone else.
