The ducks have arrived at Methodist Homes (MHA) Pennystone! That’s two sets of 5, almost hatched and ready to be loved by the residents. The anticipation of the new arrivals has everyone excited!

Visited the Forget me not cafe today in Blackpool, such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We sang, played tambourine and watered some plants. Friendship and connection is their priority and I definitely felt that! Watch this space for a new group opening up in Wyre soon!

Great meeting today with the Blackpool Central West PCN team, discussing all things Dementia. With every meeting we are getting closer to our goal of a fully collaborative community approach to delivering our service. So far its been an amazing #DementiaActionWeek for us!

☀️New group incoming! ☀️ We have 2 new dates added. The #Poulton Pals will take place on 26th June and 3rd July. This will be a peer supportive group and we welcome everyone to join in and make this a positive and vibrant experience for all with early on set Dementia. Methodist Homes (MHA)

Fab day self reflecting and working as a team on how we enable performance within ourselves and those around us. I love face to face training and Methodist Homes (MHA) have supported my induction with so many positive experiences. Investing in staff is number one here and it really shows!
