Looks like paracetamol might not be benign for tendons - 12 weeks of resistance training with placebo, Ibuprofen, or paracetamol (older adults, 75%1RM) seems to make the tendon more floppy. More cool work form the Danes journals.physiology.org/doi/epdf/10.11…

Adhesive Capsulitis of the Hip is relatively rare compared with AC of the shoulder, but it does occur & should be considered in DDx of the hip. Look out for insidious onset of pain & loss of ROM, in the absence of OA changes on XRay. LINK: dralisongrimaldi.com/hip-academy-de…
