‼️Just shared at #IDWeek2025, our findings are now published in Open Forum Infectious Diseases comparing cephalexin to cefdinir for uUTI in females. Spoiler: cefdinir was the only independent risk factor associated with/failure. Poor urinary PK = ⬆️failure. Let’s stop Rx’ing cefdinir for UTI! πŸ›‘πŸ’Š
