After my visit at Western Oregon, I am grateful to announce that I have received a scholarship offer to attend Western Oregon University. Thank you Josh Manning and Matt Overlin ‼️

Weighed in at 286 this morning. Down 34 pounds since coming back home on April 18th. Strongest, fastest, and best I’ve ever felt. No extreme diet just stopped eating out(as much), getting 8+ hours of sleep, and started doing cardio😥 Goal next fall is to play at 295.

if a former lineman recommends a restaurant, just go you don’t need yelp don’t look at the menu they know food
