This weekend I had one of the most proud weekends of my teaching career!I took my student Darsh to his first ever Chess Tournament (The NJ Elementary School Championship)@ Brookdale Community College. He came in 32nd place out of 100 seasoned players. Proud is an understatement!

Any athlete knows, the first 5 minutes or warmups will determine the entire game. Well, same goes for school! #jmproud
