BREAKING: Award-winning Cambodian journalist Mech Dara has been released from prison. No details yet on whether the charges against him will be dropped - and they should be - but for now it's a relief to see him out of prison.

So relieved to hear that Mech Dara has finally been granted bail (on conditions) and can at least leave the horrendous jail conditions. Thanks to everyone who helped bring this about (including Samantha Power) and obviously most of all Mech Dara for hanging in there.
