Thanks for insightful questions and active participation during the 1st edition of our training course 'A hitchhiker guide to Statistical Genetics' Human Technopole organised by Nicola Pirastu, Sodbo Sharapov, Claudia Giambartolomei and me

Come meet our great Health Data Science Centre at Human Technopole PhD students now at the #eshg2024 poster session!

Are you Insatiably curious? 🧐 Passionately interdisciplinary? 📈 🧪 Keen to improve maternal health? 🤰 Join Health Data Science Centre at Human Technopole in Milan 🇮🇹 We’re recruiting #PhDs in molecular epidemiology and data science applied to maternal and woman’s health over their reproductive history

I am conducting a study speaking to GPs, practice #nurses, practice #pharmacists, and secondary care #respiratory specialists, about views on data-driven #healthcare support. Email me at [email protected] to find out more! 🫁

I've been working with UKB data across numerous projects for >5 years now and it's always been an incredible resource. This shift towards it only being usable via the RAP on DNAnexus, Inc. was not entirely unexpected, but it was still a bit of a blow.

🧬 Dr Luisa Zuccolo and Craig Glastonbury groups at Progetto Co.Science Researcher’s Night to represent Human Technopole 🔬

😍 The #EuropeanResearchersNight was a wonderful experience! We are happy to have participated and to have met so many children and young people in Milan to share our research with them and spark their curiosity about science through our workshops. With Progetto Co.Science

💻 A team from The ADAPT Centre Trinity College Dublin with our Albert Navarro Gallinad published SERDIF, an innovative framework that enables health data researchers to link environmental and health data sources through location and time information. 📰 in nature Digital Medicine humantechnopole.it/en/news/first-…

Amazing work from Sebastian May-Wilson! Can’t wait to see what’s next

Our new method HDL-L, high-definition likelihood for local genetic correlation analysis, is now published in Nature Genetics: nature.com/articles/s4158…. The method enables unbiased and fast evaluation of genetic correlations at various genomic segments.
