I had a meeting with the delegation of the EU 🇪🇺 in Geneva within the framework of the 🏳️‍⚧️ advocacy week. I talked about the situation in the country, the intolerant attitude towards trans people,the exclusion of 🏳️‍⚧️ people from education, and other issues. #UNTransAdvocacy

During the trans advocacy week we visited The Global Fund I had separate meetings with some of the staff members presenting that a lot of the trans and sex workers community members have been left out of program, and the program is not always inclusive for everybody #UNTransAdvocacy

During the Trans Advocacy Week, I together with other trans activists had a meeting with the World Health Organization (WHO) The participants made speeches and proposals about the gaps in the healthcare sector. Access to healthcare for trans people in Armenia is in a deplorable state.

Today we had a demonstration of sex workers in front of the UN building, in support of all sex workers. This demonstration also refers to a report presented by an independent reporter, which is completely against sex workers, ignoring the recommendations of sex workers.

Yesterday was the last day of TAW. During the week I had several meetingdiscussions at UN, embassies with diplomats, activists.I want to express my gratitude towards all the organisers, who gave me the opportunity to speak about the issues trans people face in 🇦🇲 #UNTransAdvocacy

October 1st, the International Day against Domestic Violence. Unfortunately, last year and this year, horrifying incidents occurred in which trans women were brutally murdered in their own homes by their boyfriends.
