Just completed race for life. 24.50 wanted to do it quicker but it was so busy and such a slow start. Came in top 20 as well. Boom done:)

Finisher. 24.50 n came in the top 20. Very happy

Need a training plan for half marathon. But I don't do all the cross training stuff. So how can I improve my running with out i?t #runchat

Worst race so far. Was hot,tired and didn't feel right. Onwards and upwards from now. Everyone has there bad days and today was mine.

Beautiful day :) going to have to be an evening run I think. Way to hot at the moment
