Our Community Hub will be closed today and tomorrow to keep our members, volunteers and staff safe in the heat. All essential 1-1 visits are still going ahead- shout out to all those delivering essential work this week.

We had the most wonderful time at our Baking for Wellbeing taster session last week - thankfully it was before the heatwave truly hit! 🥵🌞 Camden folk - info for our upcoming Baking for Wellbeing series is on our website in the community tab. Open to EVERYONE, and totally free!

Did you know? We offer FREE short-term creative therapies: 🎨 Art 🎭 Drama 🤸 Dance Movement 🥁 Music (in partnership with the wonderful Nordoff and Robbins) 6-12 sessions we hope will support you to express yourself in a warm, non-judgemental, creative environment.
