Thrilled to collaborate with Paolo De Los Rios ! Using a nanopore system, we’ve mimicked the in vivo Hsp70-mediated protein transport and monitored this process in vitro at the single-molecule level, providing clear evidence of the Entropic Pulling mechanism.
