Went full circle today down in Springfield. Coached Elijah to a 5th place finish at the Springfield Invitational and got to watch two of my old high school divers Carter (Drury University) and Logan (MO State) duke it out! Was an awesome day to be a coach!

Well, the regular season is in the books. GAC Championship Diving was held this evening. All of these guys did an awesome job! All 8 have qualified for the District competition next week to determine who will go to State.

In today’s Conference Championship we had 3 school records broken. Luke at Ft. Zumwalt North, Joel at Ft. Zumwalt South and Elijah at Liberty(Wentzville). Amazing job boys! Now to grind it out to get to State!!! Let’s GO!!!

Congrats to Sammy Walden for breaking the six dive meet record previously held by Catie Hutchison (2016). Her score of 232.50 also qualified her to participate in districts! Let's go Sammy!

Our Lion Sammy is IN! Super proud of her grit. Failed her seventh dive but refocused and nailed the rest of her dives to jump from 10th to 7th! Congrats!
