I love when people talk about vacations to different countries then look for your input. I’m sorry I make less than minimum wage, how would I get there?

I don’t understand how the finance office can be “a few days late” with approving funding for my stipend. Don’t these people know I live paycheck to paycheck and have rent to pay??
