Hey! I just implemented a "tidy tree" algo in R to plot phylogenetic trees in a new way. Same tree is shown on the right but vertically compressed by simply filling the empty spaces when possible. Vertical dist btw tips is conserved. Easier to read? Useful? What do you think?
