Today was the last lesson in Genetics 101: Polyploidy. To give the students some practical experience, I baked bread loaves, with 1 difference: 100% Emmer Wiley (tetraploid -marked A) or 100% Spelt (Hexaploid -Marked B). As you can see from the survey they tasted the difference!
