Ruth's view - For me it came into the category of ‘misery memoir’ I also thought the tone was rather ‘preachy’. 4/10 #yellowdress_wakey

To start us off - 7 for #bovary_wakey Charles being a little dull and the reader not surprised Emma got bored

#hardy_wakey FFTMC Easy to read, with well developed characters. A very high 9 out of 10

#bovary_wakey a 7 from Anne - got distracted by a Christmas present book but would give it a 7. Appreciated the light style.
