Our stall is up and ready ….Thank a Teacher, Thank a Friend. Lots of end of term/year treats for sale. Thank you to Yr7 library assistants for their help setting up….we had a wonderful time.

Setting up for Period 1 - our second BookFlix session…..with 7OMW/CJC. Books to accompany this movie are still so popular with Yr7, 8 and 9. I’m sure they’ll enjoy our BookFlix session this morning.

And today one of our Yr9 groups had the pleasure of watching The Maze Runner - we stock all the books, so it was a great opportunity to promote them. What an entertaining movie!

Thanks to one of my Yr7 helpers today …together we created these Thank You certificates, in readiness for Friday - for the boys. The girls certs were made last week. Just that little bit closer to being fully ready.

This week has been all about starting to recall library books back in ….annual stock take, repairing books, weeding out old stock, running BookFlix sessions - at the same time preparing for our Reading Celebration which takes place tomorrow.

Today we received some book donations - we are very grateful. These books will ensure our pupils have plenty of reading material for over the summer break. Thank you.
