Serious question. Does anyone school actually not allow them to disconnect? Im not sure of where this is actually forced that staff have to respond to parents/emails after school hours? Or is it the implied nature of responding?

That time of year when we are looking at our calendar for 2025 and looking for changes. Interested to know how many parent/teacher interviews you might hve in your context. We have 4 nights including one as a goal setting pastoral check in but interested to see others!!
