To me, one of the most interesting graphs in the @ithakasr @mellonfdn 2022 art museum staff demographic survey is Figure 19. This shows the year staff were hired, by POC/White. Few staff hired in 2020 but a big increase in 2021. 2021 hires are 45% POC. sr.ithaka.org/publications/a…
