Today Armenian armed forces/Armenian backed separatist forces with malicious intent targeted a populated residential areas in Barda, town of Azerbaijan, killing 20+, wounding 60+ civilians. It is an apparent and heinous war crime. #Azerbaijan #Armenia #NagornoKarabakh

This is not the first war crime committed with malicious intent by the same forces. There is a systematic pattern. Perpetrators, incl. political-military leaders who bear command responsibility should be punished with judicial ways, if not possible deserve military retribution.
