Manchester United looked a mess in and out of possession. Lack of quality and ideas. They haven’t played for 16 days... what on earth have they been working on in training? Poor balance to the team and no identity.

To go unbeaten all season away from home scoring 57 times and only conceding 15 is an unbelievable achievement at any level. Well done to my players at Henley FC.

Having been left with a free weekend on 15th October, our 1st team are looking for an away friendly, happy to split costs.

The Club was sad to learn of the passing of former goalkeeper Dave Bevis on Wednesday evening. Dave joined the Blues as an amateur in 1959 and made eight first-team appearances in the '60s. He lived locally before passing away at the age of 80. May he rest in peace. #itfc

Yesterday was hard to take giving the performance we put in. With a very heavy pitch it was difficult to get a foot hold in the game. However we done well to adapt to the conditions. Important games are won and lost on fine margins unfortunately yesterday it went against us.

We Henley Athletic FC were pushed last night in the Morrison Freight Ltd cup final by a very pragmatic organized outfit Stowupland Falcons who also posed a threat at times. We wasn’t at our best but we still got over line. I wish Stowupland Falcons all the best in there promotion push.

Another season done. League title retained and a league cup trophy. Double winners Henley Athletic FC ! Scoring 146 goals conceding 43. unbeaten all season away from home again is an unbelievable achievement. I’m extremely proud for what we have all achieved. To all my players thank you!

Having time out of football to develop myself as a coach has been an eye opener for me so far. One thing that stands out to me is that the principles of play is so much more important than systems.

Wherever that may well be, I feel ready and excited to start coaching again. ⚽️

I am ready and hungry as ever to back to it. The passion of coaching will never go away. Hopefully an opportunity will come along next season for me to get back to work. ⚽️

After a year out to reflect and develop myself as a coach/manager I’m stepping back in after being appointed first team manager with Woodbridge Town. Along with Chris Rogers we will do our very best to bring success to the club.
