We use B. longum (also called B. infantis) in the RemissionBiome MECFS/LongCovid Self-Experiment protocol. Dont go crazy trying to find "adolescentis". The key message is increase SCFAs. We do it through probiotics AND by directly adding butyrate (Tributyrin-x).
