Made street-style seafood tacos for dinner. Salmon, crab, shrimp, lobster. Pico: tomato, onion, pickle, cilantro, lime, salt. Aioli: chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, mayo, sour cream, cilantro, lime, cumin, pepper, pinch of sugar. Shredded cabbage on top. 🤌🏻

Romaine, kale, cabbage, carrot, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, spicy pickled onion, avocado, mushrooms (cooked in butter, garlic, & pepper), fried pickle croutons, fresh dill, & bbq vinaigrette. Jalapeño poppers w/ ranch, bbq, & raspberry habanero. Cherry lime fizzy water.
