I have a simple rule: if I can’t be honest or confront something directly without you assuming bad intent, we can’t be friends. Too often, we mistake disagreement for dislike. I want no part in friendships that feel like cults or mini mafias, where we have to suspend our

People need to be comfortable with confrontation. This is the whole premise of being an adult: your stance and view will always be queried and you have the moral obligation to assume good intent and respond in good faith.

I have seen different kinds of illustrations from yesterday till today and I am both excited and proud of a lot of folks here, well done to everyone.
