3. Emotional
This one is easy. Love yourself before you offer love to others. Thats it. Then noones judgement of you can impact your sense of self. Your relationships will blossom. You will only allow people in to your life who also love themselves in a positive and healthy way.

Running - i mentioned running in a prev. slide but pumping clean, highly oxygenated blood through your brain 2/3 times a week will increase your clarity of thought. Also spending time outside in nature + topping up your vitamin D. A hormone responsible for mood among other things

2. MENTAL
Each of us have our own version of what happiness. But a few things that will ensure good mental hygiene are

โ€ข Weekly Therapy - we all have things we need to talk about & that we can improve on. Not just for ourselves but more importantly for the people around us.

Training - 3-5x / week at 1 or 2 chosen disciplines that you love. IE - running, crossfit, martial arts, sports, weight lifting, calisthenics, dance & movement, yoga, pilates.

Apply yourself to something you love and youโ€™ll be so amazed at what your body can do in time.

Nutrition - follow a food plan 5 days a week, intuitive eating at weekends - no food is off limits but pay attention to how they make you feel.
