We have had over 100 calls overnight and this morning to areas of Spalding and Pinchbeck regarding flooding, Our high volume pump is currently on West Marsh Road as we continue to support communities. 1/2

Yesterday we responded to a car that had driven through flood water and got stuck at Potterhanworth. We also had around 50 calls to Louth/Market Rasen between 6-8pm yesterday. Flood water has receded but around 100 properties were affected. 2/2

UPDATE: One road closure is currently in place - West Marsh Road in Spalding has had to be closed following an incident of flooding at a nearby factory. bit.ly/3PtcuwY

21:54 - LevertonFireStation attended a fire on Mill Lane, Wrangle. Severe fire damage to quantity of household waste. Extinguished using 1 hose reel.

2145hrs 30/09/22 Crew from LevertonFireStation attended a car on fire on Skipmarsh Lane, Old Leake. Severe fire damage to engine bay and dashboard and smoke damage to interior of 1 car. Crews used 2 hose reels and thermal image camera to extinguish. Cause was an electrical fault.

13:53 - Boston Fire Dept., Bourne Fire Station, Lincoln North Fire Station and LevertonFireStation attended a car submerged in water off Frith Bank, Frithville. Crews used water teams to confirm no persons in vehicle and used special equipment to move car to shallower waters.

2216hrs 19.12.22 Crews from Wainfleet fire Station, 2 crews from SkegnessFireStation & LevertonFireStation attended several vehicles on fire on Croft Bank, Croft. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reels and 2 thermal image cameras to extinguish, which caused severe fire damage to 3 vehicles.
