If Education, Science, culture, DWP and Energy were shut and moved to other departments it would improve services and save the money for welfare and first get those who could work into work.

People might need to get skills to work so cannot work straight away. A lot a minimum of hours and employers might not want the hassle and cost how will they afford the burden?
