The lack of self awareness people boarding planes have is fascinating. Especially the ones who don’t recognize how their backpack moves with them.

I don’t know what happened but a couple is having a tough day and the staff in the Atlanta Delta lounge recognized it and they just came over with a bunch of desserts and special drinks and told them they are here for them and hope their day gets better. 🥹🥹

I’ll never forget the way the linemen worked tirelessly after #HurricaneIan to restore our power. Seeing them driving in convoys back to Florida to be here for #Idalia is so emotional. These people are actual heroes: Buy them meals, say thank you, offer them water.
