After a few weeks of meeting only with duty OMs, as my 'new' #probation officer was on long term sick, I've now been assigned to yet another OM. That's number 7 or 8 OMs I've had (I'm losing count). How is trust and support supposed to be accomplished within this chaos?

Why are prisoners paying for calls per minute when everyone else gets free minutes? Some people are putting £100 plus on their phones per month to keep family ties. On the other side, people who have sadly passed away due to mental illnesses in prison haven’t had credit to reach
