Milk chocolate cremeux but swapped the glucose with honey… the centre has a salted caramel but again swapping the glucose with honey… flavour is insane paired with blood orange gel, honeycomb and salted gold chocolate shards and honey rolled oats 👌

Now here’s a fantastic product… empty choux pastry shells (with craquelin) and ideal for large functions and afternoon teas where pastry chefs need support. Fill from the bottom or cut in half and pipe away ! So many options… more exceptional produce from team Le Pat !
