A damp start for East Grinstead running day. Found a friend to play with.

A rather enjoyable day out with number 2 yesterday at East Grinstead. Excellent company along for the day, from start to finish. Quite possibly one of the best ‘running day’ events I’ve ever done since my preservation debut in 2014.

EG running day yesterday had a fabulous turn out from people braving the weather and bus owners prepared to come out in the rain. An excellent day. Well done all.
