Validator Services Historically, operating validator nodes on Avalanche could be costly. Projects building L1s must run a minimum of 8 nodes, with a minimum stake of 2,000 $AVAX per node. An upfront cost of 16,000 $AVAX creates a high barrier to entry to build on Avalanche.

Validators who use GoGoPool reduce the minimum to just 1K $AVAX, in addition to staking $GGP tokens – a discount of more than 40%. Currently, 238 validator nodes on Avalanche are run by GoGoPool – 16.5% of the entire supply flipsidecrypto.xyz/GoGoPool/ggp-p…
