Purtroppo la tecnologia, specialmente quella digitale, è ancora troppo giovane e poco conosciuta. Questo in generale, e particolarmente nel nostro paese. Aver fatto passare quella prima legge è stato il male originale. Adesso chissà cosa dovrà succedere per cambiare le cose.
