Do Aer Lingus actually employ people in their office? It’s 10 days now since I had to fork out €450 because they cancelled my flight and after twenty messages I have received zero reply except from a bot sending me a link that is useless.

Two weeks on and still zero reply from Aer Lingus regarding the money I had to spend because they cancelled my flight. This is really pathetic.

4 weeks since I had to spend 400+ Euro because @aerlingus cancelled my flight and still NOTHING from them. This is beyond pathetic now.
