1) Can TN afford vouchers? Arizona’s statewide voucher program was initially forecast to cost $65 million in 23-24 & $125 million in 24-25. In reality, the cost was $332 million in 23-24 & is estimated to cost $429 million in 24-25. grandcanyoninstitute.org/research/educa…
