Spearheaded by the LGBTQ+ Club, students embarked on an art mural with KT at ORT, a queer, trans non-binary visual artist, and muralist. A big thanks to KT, who adorned the campus walls with a beautiful masterpiece, showcasing the school's colors, mascot, and values!🎨 #WeAreLFSF

Today, on the Ashbury campus, professional artists from San Francisco Opera performed alongside selected Gr5 and Gr6 students, presenting their unique rendition of "The Elixir of Love." After a short period of practice, both the artists and students delivered a terrific performance! 🎭🎶

Our Gr11 "Girls Who Code" from the Ortega Campus dropped by Ashbury to give an awesome AI/ocean pollution presentation to our Gr3 students. They explained concrete concepts like human bias and machine learning through simple and interactive "games" on iPads 🐳 🤖

Today, we were thrilled to host the first Eco-Tuesday of the year: Sustainable Mobility Day! Nearly 50% of our middle and high school students took the initiative to get to school more sustainably, whether that be by carpooling, taking the bus, biking or walking! 🙌

🎶🎭 Today, we invited Berkeley Bilingual School students to join our Gr6-Gr11 students to attend a terrific performance of the play "Le Malade Imaginaire en La Majeur"! The cast has already met our students on all three campuses to discuss the show and answer questions.
