A wonderful evening of music last night at Saint Luke's with the fabulous Fergus McCreadie trio. The jazz scene in Scotland is thriving. Just a shame BBC Radio Scotland aren't interested in promoting it.

What a fabulous couple of days on Islay with Jenny leitch A bit of work first, then walks and distillery visits including Bruichladdich Distillery (Account Inactive) for their Botanist experience. Wonderful hospitality once again courtacy of Emma and Graeme Glenegedale House, Isle of Islay Can't wait for our next trip!

The latest instalment of #gigsat50 saw a visit to OVO Hydro to see the mighty New Order. What a great night with the highlight being Temptation!

STOLEN INSTRUMENT Today my beloved flute was taken. It was in a beige rucksack, stolen between Platform 3 at Farringdon and East Croydon Station, on the 9.34 train to Brighton. Flute is a Brannen silver Millenium 5320 with a silver Lafin headjoint w/gold lip plate. Please share!
