GBV continues to be a pressing challenge, especially among adolescent girls. During our community engagement, we uncovered a critical gap parental negligence.Parents &caregivers must be empowered with parenting skills and knowledge to protect, support advocate for girls' rights.

Today, the Kilifi CSO Network, with support from HENNET member Youth Voices and Action Initiative and SR Kesho Kenya, met to share reflections on the County Annual Planning Process, focusing on PHC integration, health priorities, and advocacy gaps.

A SMART advocacy session on issues affecting CHPs, like wrong medication & payment by the national gvt. CSOs also raised concern on health budget allocations favoring infrastructure over frontline services & agreed to review one health policy per session to strengthen advocacy.
