Day One of the #XiaomiMasterClass uncovered so much about #XiaomiInSight , with plenty of thoughts and ideas exchanged between the masters and the attendees. We're excited to see the world #InANewLight on Day Two when everyone showcase what they've learned!

The assembly of the four doors, hood and trunk covers, and fenders is handled by 36 robots, with an incredible precision of up to 0.5mm.

We adopt a comprehensive automated inspection that provides a dual-layer quality assurance process for every Xiaomi SU7. This includes a 100% automated exterior inspection using UV light, with an accuracy of up to 0.05mm.

Our painting workshop is equipped with advanced 7-axis painting robots that can rotate at a speed of 70,000rpm. The speed and precision of these robots ensure paint surfaces are sprayed evenly and smoothly for mirror-like results.

94 AMR robots in our Xiaomi EV Factory utilize LiDAR to navigate around the workshop, transporting medium and large parts with flexible movement.

First and foremost, our factory is highly automated. The steel-aluminum alloy armored cage for Xiaomi SU7 is assembled by 269 connecting robots, achieving 100% automated processes.

There were many internal debates over the colors of Xiaomi SU7 and, for a while, Radiant Purple almost didn't make the cut. But I'm so glad the team pushed for it. Radiant Purple is now one of my favorites out of all nine colors, exceeding my expectations.
