Thinking again about the kid at the psych ward I was in mid February whose eyes lit up when I mentioned Shintoism and excitedly info dumped to me. He stuck at my side the rest of the time I was there cause I was willing to listen him talk about it. I hope he's doing alright now.

CW suicidal ideation ment. Thinking about my psych saying in a session that my mood swings were extreme despite me thinking nothing of them because they felt so normal. Extreme to me is going from wanting to die to believing I'm God. Idk. Just came to my mind is all..

So I've made a dissociation playlist, something I play to help me through and out of an episode. It's mostly filled with femtanyl and other breakcore like songs. Play at a loud volume and hope for the best. It basically helps disrupt the dream for me, drag me back to reality.
