'Are you for or against? It's either this or that.' Too often we're pushed into either/or thinking and taking a set stance. Lived experiences show us that so much is a lot messier, nuanced, and layered than that. We need more spaces in which we can sit with and explore all that.

When buildings, school places and resources are provided for SEN students you are making vital provisions for school children because SEN children are school children. It's disgusting to pit provision for SEN children against that for non-SEN children.

One of the many things I enjoy about getting older is the fact that I retain all my youthful feistiness, but it is now mixed with the mellow perspective which only comes from gathering years of experience. “All is harvest.”
